David Fruscione – President
David Fruscione is the owner of Republic of Decor and is a founding member of the Naples Design District Merchant Association. He has organized and lead the Annual Holiday Stroll for the past 3 years and has been instrumental with the marketing and branding efforts to promote the District. David’s goal is to take the neighborhood to the next level and create a destination where residents and visitors can find inspiration.
Gregory L. Palmer – VP of Planning & Development
Gregory L. Palmer, AIA, is principal architect of Harrison Design in Naples, which he established in 2017. He routinely collaborates with the nation’s leading designers, landscape architects and builders, thereby offering his clients access to the finest resources within the industry. He is passionate about educating architecture students and aficionados about classical design.
Mr. Palmer is also a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and the American Institute of Architects.

Shawn Foust – Treasurer
Shawn moved to Naples in 2012, working in the IT and website development field. Looking for a change of pace, he joined the Lovetto Design team as the Business Manager in 2017. He served on the executive committee and later became the Treasurer for the District. He hopes to help the association grow into a true voice for the local community, protecting the business owners.
Lindsey Kamel – Secretary
Lindsey is a Design Consultant at The Shade Store since 2017. She has over 20 years of retail experience and served on a variety of committees to support The Greatest Place To Work Initiative for Chicos Outlet Division and later served as an Ambassador for the Naples Chamber of Commerce. Lindsey loves traveling and spending time with family and friends.
